Ayleen Sanchez is currently pursuing her bachelor's in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science and minor in Biology. Her goal is to obtain her Doctorates in Physical Therapy specializing in pediatrics.
Ayleen is one of the Founding Fathers of UTEP's Kappa Kappa Psi chapter, Alpha Chi; having served as Secretary, Vice President and as of this fall 2018, the Vice President of Membership. She currently volunteers her time as a volunteer photographer for the bands out of uniform. 
Ayleen has been a member of the Marching Miners these past four years, serving as Clarinet Section leader for two out of the four. She has been a member of the UTEP Pep Band, Concert Band and Symphony band. She currently plays with UTEP's Wind Ensemble under the direction of Dr. Genevro, Director of Bands.
