DR. BRADLEY GENEVRO, D.M.A.

Director of Bands

Dr. Bradley Genevro is Director of Bands at the University of Texas at El Paso. In his duties at UTEP, Dr. Genevro is actively involved with all aspects of the Band Program. Prior to his appointment at UTEP, he served on the faculties of Messiah College, Oklahoma State University, and the University of North Texas.

Dr. Genevro holds the Doctor of Musical Arts Degree in Wind Conducting from the University of North Texas, where he studied with Eugene Migliaro Corporon. He earned the Masters of Music Performance and Bachelor of Science in Music Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania where he studied with composer and conductor Jack Stamp.

Ensembles, under Dr. Genevro’s leadership, have performed multiple times at the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association State Conference, the International Trumpet Guild Conference and the College Band Directors National Association Eastern Division Conference.
